We ship worldwide from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
We do not process orders on weekends or Australian public holidays.
During peak periods, sales events, or pre-orders, processing may take up to 10 business days or longer if its a pre-order, depnding on when stock may arrive.
If your order is urgent, please email us and wait for confirmation before placing your order. For the fastest delivery, leave a note for Priority Processing and select Express Post at checkout.

Pre-Orders
​
Pre-ordered items will be shipped together with other items in your order once stock arrives.

If you require separate shipments, please email us and we will arrange this and invoice you for any additional shipping fees.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
If tracking shows "pending" or "awaiting pickup", this may mean:

Your parcel is with the courier but has not yet been scanned yet

It is awaiting pickup from our warehouse

Your order is a pre-order with a booking slot allocated

Once stock arrives or the parcel is scanned, tracking will update automatically.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
Orders are shipped with Authority to Leave enabled by default.
Once Authority to Leave is selected, Bubbasafe is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
To opt out, add “NO ATL” in the order notes at checkout.

International Shipping & Duties

International customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes, and import fees

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in product or shipping prices

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

Bubbasafe is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by custom authorities

Orders cancelled more than 1 hour after placement may incur return shipping fees

If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking details and contact the carrier directly

Once an order has been dispatched, Bubbasafe's ability to intervene is limited

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is lost or unrecoverable, replacement or refund may not be available

Return & Exchange Policy
​
Bubbasafe gift cards are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Faulty Products & Warranty Returns (Australia)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If your Bubbasafe product is faulty, defective, or not of acceptable quality:

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund

If a refund is approved, the product amount will be refunded only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For approved warranty claims within Australia, Bubbasafe will cover return shipping cost. A prepaid return label will be provided where applicable for Australian customers.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases
All claims must be assessed prior to approval. We may request photos, videos, or troubleshooting steps before issuing a return authorisation.
If, after assessment, no fault is found or the issue falls outside warranty coverage, the product may be returned to you at your expense.
Returns Not Covered for Bubbasafe products, unless required under Australian Consumer Law
Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

The product and/or box is damaged due to inadequate packaging during return transit

The product is returned without all original accessories, components, or attachments

Proof of purchase is not provided

The product is not in new or like-new condition and the damage is not due to a manufacturing fault

Failure to follow installation instructions

Failure to follow compatibility requirements for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay; and car make/model/year compatibility upon to purchasing.

The issue is due to misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, incorrect ports/cables or modification.

Issues caused by the vehicle's infotainment system, software limitations, or third party systems (such as Apple Carplay or Android Auto)
-
Issues caused by the user's phone, phone software version, or external device system
-
Issues caused by region-specific firmware where limited CarPlay is enabled or compatibility has been added via updates
-
Issues caused by dealer installed CarPlay box, software unlock or third-part integration
-
The vehicle does not have true CarPlay, instead uses screen mirroring or projects through a casting app
-
Normal wear and tear
or is otherwise not covered under the Limited Warranty
Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or incompatibility where compatibility information was clearly provided via our website and social media prior to purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing vehicle and product specifications before completing checkout.
Important Compatibility Notice
Bubbasafe Baby View integrates via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto protocols. Feature display differences (including split-screen availability) are system-controlled by the vehicle's head unit and operating system and do not constitute a product fault.
