This Limited Warranty Policy explains the manufacturer’s warranty provided by Bubbasafe for eligible products, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to these rights.


2. Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage

Bubbasafe provides a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of original purchase for the following products:
    •    Bubbasafe Baby View Car Monitoring System
    •    Bubbasafe Accessories (included or sold separately)

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used as intended and in accordance with the user manual.


3. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, Bubbasafe will, at its discretion:
   •    Repair the product, or
   •    Replace the product or a defective component with a new or refurbished item of equivalent performance

Any repaired or replacement product will be covered for the remaining period of the original warranty.


4. What Is Not Covered

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, impact, or improper installation

• Damage caused by unauthorised modification, repair, or tampering

• Damage caused by failure to follow the instruction manual

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

• Consumable parts (including cables damaged through misuse)

• Third-party products or accessories not supplied by Bubbasafe

• Issues caused by incompatible vehicles, aftermarket systems, or third-party software

• Loss of data, interruption of service, or app-related issues outside Bubbasafe’s control

5. Who This Warranty Applies To

This manufacturer’s warranty applies only to:
   •    The original purchaser, and
   •    Products purchased directly from Bubbasafe or an authorised Bubbasafe retailer

Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or websites may not be eligible for warranty coverage.


6. Product Registration

Product registration is optional.

Registering your Bubbasafe product helps us:
   •    Confirm warranty details
   •    Provide faster support
   •    Assist efficiently if you need to make a claim

Failure to register does not limit or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact Bubbasafe within the applicable warranty period and provide:
   •    Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
   •    A description of the issue
   •    Photos or videos if requested to help assess the claim

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. In some cases, this may include returning the product for inspection.


8. Return & Assessment of Products

• Products must be packaged securely for return

• Bubbasafe is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping due to inadequate packaging

• If no fault is found or the issue falls outside warranty coverage, the product may be returned to you at your expense

9. Replacement Availability

If an identical replacement product is unavailable, Bubbasafe may offer:

• A similar product of equal or greater value, or

• A store credit or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law obligations

10. Shipping Costs

• For approved warranty claims within Australia, return shipping will be covered by Bubbasafe

• Shipping costs outside Australia are the responsibility of the customer

11. Safety & Intended Use Reminder

Bubbasafe products are designed to assist parents and caregivers and do not replace direct supervision or responsible driving practices. Use of the product must comply with all safety instructions provided.
